I dunno man. I find those small claims courts to be so claustrophobic. Tiny court rooms, no where to sit, people all squashed together waiting to see the judge. She's a plus sized lady to boot, so not sure anything less than an XXL claims court will do.
 
MM uses a Google educated lawyer for his disputes.

I know he has used this lawyer several times after my taking him to court for back rent.
I like her.....I have never lost a case when he used her.
 
I don't think there's a good way to tell a woman she isn't up to her usual high standard. Even if she's professional, she's still human and there's bound to be some hurt feelings, resentment or anger.
Good opportunity to start fresh with one of a dozen other top rated ladies in our area.

This was the crux of the inquiry. So SOOOO many ladies make claims about being ultra professional, and being really focusing on the essential business elements, even going so far as to state online they want/need to know what is important to clients, and where they need to pay more attention to retain clients and attract new ones. I've kind of reached a crossroad with this lady on details and am willing to at least attempt the discussion, but wanted to solicit other perspectives on how some might approach that, and what other hobbyists think the probability of a successful outcome might be...
