I believe there are caterers that will do this for you. They have mobile roasters and will do all the labor. Not sure about Toronto, but these were common at large outdoor gatherings when I lived down south.

yeah well, my doctor does tell me i'm severely under nourished when it comes to protein...i think i'm supposed to get something like 36 - 52 grams a day and i calculate that i'm around 15......i try to drink more milk etc but i find it goes bad really quickly in my cooler on days like we had last week.....

yeah, that too...forgot about them.....i get bored of food rather quickly, i'll be all up on eggs for a week or so, then nothing for a month, same as pastas, eat a lot of it, then not touch it for months.....I do eat poultry but even that doesn't have a lot of protein in it......some, but not much when compared to beef, game, etc.....
