The party is at an upscale venue in DT Toronto, but the location is confidential and will only be given to confirmed guests a day or two before the event.

I think they've capped the guest list for now until there's cancellations, so PM The Hobby Team to see if you can get your name on the waiting list.

Just one thing, I'd be careful about imposing caps because of the nature of parties especially on a work day, cancellations are high. 150 can very easily turn into 90 plus people do not stay long or late.

Hey Hooked. So sorry you can't make it out Tuesday and thanks for your advice. We run socials fairly regularly and have run into the issues you mentioned. We are well aware of the terms "Shrinkage" and "No Shows" lol. Trust me when I say that our main issue with this coming Christmas Party is one of "Containment". The agencies have expressed an overwhelming desire to attend and we have a solid group of Indis that are excited to engage the HUBGFE community on December 15th.

The prevailing vibe that we are getting is that 2015 has been a good year in the industry, participants in the Hobby are in a very good mood, they want to get together and network, and are ready to Party their faces off as Christmas approaches. This will be the Industry of the year. :smile:
