Well we now have a $5,000.00 fine imposed on the owner of the trucking company!
This is so absurd I am just at a lose for words.
This is sending a clear message to the trucking industry that you can hire anyone, give him no training, keep fraudulent records and if he gets caught or has a fatal accident you will only get a slap on the wrist or fittingly like a hockey team get a two minute penalty.
Unfreaking believable.
