I like deer, bear, any of the birds like Quails.....you step on the wings and pull...

Will not eat wild duck.

I do not like Moose.

Moose cooked properly in a tomato sauce is delicious. Quail is good to but a pain too eat, I almost choked on their little bones the last time.

Not that I know of, bear tags are available from what I understand.
