It's not politically correct to say you should not target an entire religion for crimes committed by the radicals. It's the correct thing.
Not sure what your preemptive strike entails or how you determine who to target, but it sure as hell better be based on 100% proof.

The KKK is a hate group, Islam is a faith, that helped give birth to science, astronomy and a multitude of good things. The KKK actively promotes utter nonsense, prejudice and hate at every turn, while Islam (the faith) is interested and invested in building bridges.
