When I was in HS, I was 140 pounds.
I ate an average amount of food, but I burned those calories VERY FAST.
I went through the ridicule where women (especially) would make fun of my weight and tell me I was 'too skinny'. Ironic thing is that fat chicks often made fun of my weight moreso than regular or skinny weighted chicks.
Even today, although I eat as many as 5 meals a day and up to 2 kg of food a day, I cant keep weight on. I am very active in terms of exercising and working and the like, but still at over 3000 calories per day, I should be able to reach 200 pounds.
Right now, I am at 170 pounds. I want to get to 190 pounds.
I see women gain weight SO EASILY. The average woman can eat 1500 calories and gain weight. Most women, from my observations, only eat 2 meals a day. And they still gain weight.
I really wish I had everything I do today in terms of being a male, but I wish I had the weight gain ease of the typical woman. They are lucky in this regard. They just don't realize it.
