Girls that age don't grow uniformly, Candyman. They grow taller for a bit, then fill in some then then grow again.
At your age you'll find that even boobs don't grow at the same rate. The left one will grow from an A to a C then the other one has to catch up.
Its why they have training bras. They are specially made so that the girl can stuff the deficient boob hammock to match the bigger one for a while.
As your penis will grow you may find that one side grows faster than the other. Sometimes the deficient side will catch up but sometimes it won't.
If it doesn't you end up with whats called a "Banana blade" where your dink will aim to the left or to the right. But don't worry about it. If women think its funny looking I understand that gay guys rather enjoy them that way.

Breast Asymmetry occurs in approximately 25% of women to different degrees. One of my daughters has it and will eventually have corrective surgery to eliminate situations occuring like this. Women are incredibly sensitive about it and my advice is not to mention it until she does.

WOW, your really having this as a post. Are your balls the same size ... most likely not. majority of women boobs are not exactly the same size. I know I have that my boobs are a cup size different 32D and 34C. and I am sure if you spent sometime with your balls with a measuring time you will notice they are not the same size either.
