i think im the youngest on this cardio floor - that kinda blows, smoking is prob my worst offender specially since i kinda stop working out

Hey Lisa

Take care of yourself and a speedy recovery.
I had a problem myself last week and got to spend a few days on my back courtesy of ohip.
Im sure the news tommorrow will be positive
We should assume that any experience we just had must have a silver lining since we are both here posting tonight.

ps you maybe the youngest on the ward but you are certainly the best looking:) ( wish I could have said the same in my case )

best wishes

What a shocker Lisa.

A serious wake-up call, which apparently you heed as you put priorities in order.

Glad we didn't lose you. Wish you a speedy return to good health.

May the wind be at your back, the sun on your face and healing energy in your body as you walk the road to recovery.

Wish you the best and let us know if there is anything we can do for you.

This is not the best news to open the board to.

Like everybody else I wish you the quickest of recoveries and the return to optimum health.

On the bright side it is most likely better to receive treatment in Ontario than in the Caribbean I would think.

Lisa, when you get a wake-up call, it means it's not your turn to go, & a chance to make things right.

Now, you gotta do something about it. Quit smoking those coffin nails and eat properly. Ask the doctor if your cholesterol was a cause.

Here's to a speedy recovery, keep your chin up. I should see you some time too. Ciao.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery, Lisa.

Edited to add....thank you for posting this. I woke up this morning thinking I'd go out for smokes, but now I'm not.

Best wishes. Let's hope they can fix you up with a stent and ya you gotta quit the smokes. Ask them for a beta blocker ( which they may very well give you anyway its a heart med) - I quit smoking immediately after being a pack and a half person for 20 years. Still take a mild dose for working out.

OMG Lisa!

OMG Lisa!

Hope you are recovering quickly!
