coffee only cuz 4 me it goes hand in hand with smoking, mind u i havent shit in 3 days even though they got me all fibered out, lol

total lifestyle change, might even get a normal job so im not at home thinking bout smoking

or may open a health food restaurant, definately retiring from this biz this year, my lawyer is working out a settlment, that d be good nuff 4 me to move on with my life

the heartattack actually came in handy, mostly in that it can be blamed on the rollerblade accident, since i hardly do much cardio

Oh sorry to hear you had to go thru such a thing . I had a heart attack a couple years ago and I don't smoke or drink much .. I am a diabetic.. luckly with my angiogram they did not find reason for a stent ,, they went in thru my main attery in my groin area.. if there is anything you need my dear I am here just ask...
