I was walking through a small alley, just before noon, to try to find the address of an apartment building, (it was on a corner, so it wasn't clear which street it was actually on). I was on foot, about five minutes walk from where I live. Abandoned in the alleyway were the following:
One 32 inch 'tube model' JVC color TV, probably functional, but very heavy, and occupying lots of space. Somebody with a dolly will take it, if someone else doesn't smash it first, for fun.
One television stand, with glass door, great condition, too heavy to carry, and I already have a better one.
One DVD Player, (scooped).
One Pile of loose DVDs and cases, with disparate contents, (scooped).
DVDs with cases:
Futurama - Seasons 1 and 2 - I gave these to a couple of young black ladies, a couple of hundred yards later. I never watched this show.
Family Guy - One season, one disk: I gave this to a guy in a park. I don't watch that show.
The Simpsons - Season 1, (one of the three disks missing, but it might be in the DVD player), kept
Beautiful Bimbos #8 in Ass Patrol (kept)
DVD case only:
Old Fucks & Young Sluts Sucking Old Men, Vol 2 ('All Men in this Video are over 50')
(possibly this disk is in the DVD player?) (kept)
Disks Only:
Groupy Dollz - My Husband Loves to Share My Cunt (kept)
Hollywood Safari/ Simon and the Spirit Bear/ River's End/ Secret of the Andes/ Jungle Book (kept)
Seeker & Fetch/ Chihuahua the Movie/ Everyone Loves Mel/ Nico the Unicorn (kept)
Bounty Huntress Undercover. (kept)
What's funny is that, given the contents, these might appear to be the 'effects' of a pedophile, especially if the two compilation disks are porn, rather than 'kid's stuff'. It's really difficult to tell, based on the titles! Other than The Simpsons, I probably won't have most of these disks anymore, after the weekend; I'll just give them away, leave them on the lawn in front of the house, or break them in two.
And get this - Bounty Huntress Undercover is from Rogers Video, and there's a name and address label, stuck to the disk! - I'll probably keep that one, just for 'anecdote evidence'.
Unfortunately, this isn't sufficient evidence for the cops to do anything about it. If I took any of these disks to a police station, the cops would just watch them themselves, charging the taxpayers time and a half to do so, then sell the disks at a flea market, so fuck that, it's my 'street swag'. I shared enough with the needy.
I hope that isn't "our Mel" from post #2, on one of the compilations, but if it is, I'm not telling!
