Cycling is tough on the ass and CG unfortunately may from time to time suffer hemorrhoid issues.

Here is Ang tending to his good buddies problem. It's not easy but that's what good friends are for.

FTR and as previously stated... rumors of my demise have been greatly exaggerated...

Just been real busy with R-L these days... It's been a very busy summer! On top of which, I've been riding ALOT, and also I also FINALLY bought my own kayak, so I've been spending a lot of time on the water with it and a few new buddies... Lost another 12-15 lbs living strong though, and down to a very lean 158 lbs! (Ang is jealous, and his wife is constantly makin passes at me!)

Life is not without challenges though... (Lets not forget I have 3 teenagers now aged 15, 16 and 18! :gasp

I'm still checking in every once in awhile, when I can... just busy living life too.
