Insulin: The Hormone of Fat Gain and How to Manage Your Waist-Line

Damn good source of information. Thanks Maurice.

Yeah I like the way he wrote it. Easy to understand and digest.

Some authors I feel are just out to try and prove how smart they are and while that's fine. What is the use if one can't comprehend what the article is saying.

You are ruining Deliciousness for me, Maurice. I can hardly look at the Boston Cream pie in my fridge without worrying about my blood sugar.

In my defense, the pie wasn't my idea...my sister was here and she insisted. Now she's gone and I'm left staring down the last piece.

I read a really cool article a few years ago about the connection between many hormones and appetite. I think that's why I'm hungry all the time.

So you are saying that if you had more sex you would be less hungry? Sex burns off certain hormones does it not? And everyone knows that boston cream pie (as with chocolate ) is just a substitute.

LOL, I don't think it's the same hormones.

And I'd better figure out a less-fluffifying substitute than food, the FB experiment is almost over. Now is the time to buy stock in duracell.

I tossed the pie. And the blueberry muffins, and the chocolate-covered raisins, and the pringles. I'm keeping the pancake mix in case I have a comfort-food emergency.

Stick to fresh fruit people
