Well, I'm sitting in my kitchen shivering. Maybe, just maybe, it's time to switch off my air conditioner and turn on my furnace. I resist for as long as I can. How about you, is your heating system on yet?

Actually, considering it's October the 2nd, that's not too bad. I remember having to turn on the heat in late August in some past years.

Being warm is one of the few luxuries I allow myself, so yes, my heat is on.

:wink2:

thankfully not yet. I just disassembled my air conditioner(it's portable) and could have used it the other day. A cold front is coming though, so soon, I'm sure. I too will go without some things, but not comfort. In the summer I like my place at 68 and winter 72 and how dare I say degrees!

I broke down and turned it on last night. I like sleeping in the nude and the cold makes my nipples hard and causes shrinkage on poor crusty.

On a side note, Papa keeps telling me my room is well ventilated because of the holes and he needs to test this theory by sticking a stick through them poking at me during the night. He's a sick little blue man but people don't believe me, I dunno why?:dontknow:

Just turned it on. It was 17 in here, soon it'll be 21. Ahh.

I hate being cold. I remember my mom refused to set the thermostat above 68 when were kids, and I used to sneak out of my room in the middle of the night and nudge it up to 70.

74 to 76 year round, in the house for me.

I would be happy living in your house.

One the best things about having a home based spa is being able to claim my expenses for living in a warm, humid comfy atmosphere year round.

:yahoo:

This thread must be a little confusing for those who don't understand the difference between Celsius and Fahrenheit. Although I think in Celsius most of the time, cooking temperatures are still in Fahrenheit. Plus, being 60 years old I was raised on Fahrenheit and still understand it--I often have to do the conversion for my teenage daughter who has no clue what Fahrenheit temperatures mean.

lol ,thats what my mom does when I visit in the colder months, she turns it down and I turn it up, we always argue over the indoor temp, got to love her frugality, sadly it wasn't passed on.

Hi bolt i feel the same way you can literally hang your coat on my nipples....nippleitiss as i say ;) hope you are doing well xo

Hey Brandi, I'm doing fine thank you! It's good to see you again--we MUST meet in person one day! I'll try to hang my hoody on your... um, coat hooks?
