Made with Love

It's official every body part photo of me has been stolen

This whole thing is making a little apprehensive about planning a new photo shoot, I am due for new photos but I don't want them to have more photos to steal.

Make sure you get the copyright assignment, as that gives you undeniable rights. In many cases, the photographer keeps the copyright (part of the base contract) and can do what they want with the shots. If there's no clause about copyright assignment, make sure you get it added in.

In Canada and the US, the photographer (as the "artist") owns the copyrights by default, not the subject of the photos.

Is there any way to watermark the photos or have something hard coded to help avoid this, you can be flattered that you have such an amazing body people want to use it to attract people to them.

Well lets look at the bright side shall we.

If they are stealing your pics then they must think that those are some pretty hot shots.

Watermarking can help casual image theft, but the watermarks can be processed out. The more obvious the watermark, the more difficult it becomes, and unfortunately it can detract from the aesthetics of the original image. Once an image is online, it is available for someone to misuse it.

What about when I see the models name lightly printed diagonally across the image.

Would that help in thwarting theft?

Yep, it will help, especially with casual theft by someone with no image processing knowledge.
But just like removing tattoos, watermarks can be removed.

I know from all of this that watermarking does not work , depending on the location in the watermark they can be cropped out and with the changes in photos software they even make them where you can unblurr your face from a photo.

Plus If I decide to go out and do porn work again those photos won't be watermarked and they won't be under my control which is why is happening here with my photos being stolen. They were photos I posed for when I was working in porn.

Even if I watermark my escort photos, it will never stop my other photos from being stolen.

I wouldn't mind "owning" the subject matter of this image for an hour or so! Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn!
