I have about 700 employees working for me. Of the floor employees I would guess about 1/3 are women. Of the white collar workers about 60% are women. I have one foreign division where the manager has a talent for hiring ace women employees in very senior positions. These women are all way above average in looks and fortunately in brains as well. They take full advantage of their looks and I think it has proven to be an asset for them. They dress professionally but they don't try to "hide" an attribute. They don't flaunt it in your face but they don't hide it. They have developed a confidence that sort of says " I know I'm good looking, get over it, or I will take advantage of you with my brains while you're in a daze". Best marketing and sales execs we have.
In an unrelated field , and I have recent experience in this, has anyone else noted the very diproportionate number of extremely hot women working in residential real estate in Toronto?
