Meds explain a great deal, Dave. Sorry if I appeared to be razzing you to get happy earlier.

I had to Google to see just what you are dealing with.

If I understand correctly, Wellbutrin doesn't contribute to sexual dysfunction and can actually increase libido, in contrast to most other anti-depressants.

Cymbalta, on the other hand, can have serious side effects, not only causing dysfunction when administered but also causing it to linger after the med is discontinued.

Presumably you've discussed ED with your doc, so you're not just combining these meds by accident. Perhaps you've switched from Cymbalta to Wellbutrin and are dealing with lingering effects?

I empathize with your struggle. Exercise is often recommended as a non-med anti-depressant, but I think you got that covered with martial arts.

I know this is a cliche Dave, but that happens even to someone not on meds. It's frustrating combined with being in a situation that has a time limit. Try not to let it get you down.
