I do.
I regularly try to defund the government by withholding my taxes at the source when I am paid by my company. I denote my intention to take ALL DEDUCTIONS available on the TD1 form. I then contest any objection Revenue Canada has when I do my year end taxes.
I also delay my payments to Revenue Canada and contest all their findings as it relates to my annual assessments. I am trying my best to keep money out of the hands of my slave masters. Just as the Canadian government talks of defunding terrorists, I try to defund my government's ability to terrorize me.
I also regularly write letters of protest to various departments run by the government - Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of Education, Minstry of Defense, Bank of Canada etc. Furthermore, I write letters to local police departments and I routinely go to my Mayor's office to speak to her about my city's governmental behaviour.
But, to vote for government in an election is equivalent to choosing whether you want your wife or daughter to be raped by an intruder who enters your home at night. I say, I don't want to choose to have either my wife or daughter raped. But, in the eyes of government, I have no right to tell them not to rape, I only have the right to choose who does the raping and the method that I am raped. So, therefore, I choose not to vote. If the government continues to steal from me and rape me, I am not going to legitimize their actions by voting for them.

How will your life change now that the Liberals are taxing you and writing laws to control your behaviour. The government, in total, taxes more than half your income. That will increase under this new government (and would have increased regardless of who won the election). How will a new government which takes more of your money and writes more laws to govern you change your quality of life for the better?
More money taken from you. More laws written to control you.
And yet you celebrate as if you have won something of value. I don't understand why you do this.

And BTW, the Bank of Canada controls the country. They control the supply and quantity of money. THey are the masters of every transaction that you and I make. They control prices, who gets the money and ultimately, who has the power.
