If the timing is right, I can act as a mediator.

I don't have an issue with either of you and am big enough to stand between the both of you if anything should happen. Further, I have taken negotiation courses and have been on bargaining committees of collective bargaining agreements.

Point three: I'm backing out as she was told I would
Point four: Although I am "bad" for backing out, in her mind, her reason is totally justifiable.....
Point five: I set the time and place yet I have a feeling we'll get yet another reason not to show up.

I'm going to contact the mods. I'm going to make a deal with them to support this endeavor. The person who doesn't show up will be permanantly banned from this site.

I have no problem if playa shows up, I'll even pay for the coffee.......
