Okay last question..... I have been told I am a genius when it comes to cooking, not formally trained but passionate and intuitive when it comes to flavour matching. So the question is should I offer to do a dinner date in my home where I am the one cooking us a romantic meal served to your tastes? Do you think there would be interest in an experience like that

In order to ensure that you are doing everything you can to target that kind of clientele, first read other sites and advertisements for other sps. I'd start with all the advertisers here on HUBGFE, look at the ad, then their site, and look also at what other kind of advertising they are doing. You can usually find this by googling their name, contact info, for example. From this site you will find out if they just do a listed ad, or do they have a banner or feature ad or both.
I find one of the most distinctive differences between one type of sp versus another is in how they put together their ads or sites, but also where they choose to put their advertising $$ and where they specifically choose to not put it. Sometimes your higher end client is looking for a professional, and one way he has to determine that isn't whether she uses words like 'elite' or 'courtesan' in her ads or site, but how and where she is advertising in the first place. Also a lot of these sps are not young, but over 25 to early 30s, at an age where the client finds it believable that she can be a sophisticated companion, or at least a classy and sophisticated looking companion at dinner. Too very young and they may pass.
Advertising only longer sessions is also one clue they are looking for. No half hour, and possibly not even an hour length. One sp I know only does shorter (hour) sessions for repeat clients, for example.
Dinner dates like you describe are probably a lot of work, but might be very appealing for a traveling client for something different.
