What!!! I did a contract at the Correctional Facilities on Innes Rd. I was working at the clinic where inmates would see Doctors and receive Methadone treatment for their addiction.
Not knowing what steps she has taken, why can't she check herself in a hospital and get help.

No idea, having never been to rehab for anything myself, I have no idea how it works. I have a brother however who is a drug addict, and he's full of excuses for why he doesn't need to go to rehab, so maybe this is Loraine with her own brand of excuses? I've done all that I can do for her, I got her this job, when she was at a loss for how to make ends meet when the building management came down on her income method, now it's time for to help herself.

You're right, as the first thing an addict has to do is admit they have a problem, and only they have to decide they really want help and actually do it, and not just talk about doing it. Drugs and alcohol sure have ruined a lot of decent people's lives, and indirectly including their friends and family. I wonder how many girls wouldn't be sp/mp if they didn't have a drug problem to support...probably a lot more than we think, as many hide it well, and all those ads would be greatly reduced if they weren't.

I wouldn't go so far as to say that they wouldn't do this if they didn't have a drug habit to support. I get the feeling that the type of girl that likes sex so much that they'd do this job, would also get pleasure from drugs, and the two of them go hand-in-hand. So they may start out in this business first, which then enables them to buy the drugs.
