IN-Call Lousy Customer Service - Adriana Luxx

I had a disappointing experience with Adriana Luxx, twice. First time, she booked for 4:30, confirmed an when I showed up she was very apologetic that she screwed up, then rebooked me for 6:30 same aft. I reconfirmed, waited, went back. Then I hear nothing. I wondered if she got a better offer.

She had promised me a discount for my inconvenience so I rebooked and confirmed. Gave her my cell number and again showed up and she did not contact me. Are there any other indys who exhibit this behaviour?

It seems like agencies are much better about this. It is sad that a young woman who is apparently quite good is developing such a bad rep.

Also, you will see from my reviews that I am very positive and fair. I just do not think that poor customer service, like this, is acceptable.

Having met you at the Christmas party and the way you swept Ms. Elizabeth off her feet you're a classy fellow! Too bad this encounter didn't work out but lots of ladies to pick and choose from my friend.

Costello, I noticed similar posts on TERB and I do not see any reason why a respectful comment about poor customer service should be unacceptable to this forum. In fact, I would be happy if Adrianna turned this into a learning experience and made it square with me.

I've had similar 'no-show' 'last minute cancellation' by indies and agencies. More indies than agencies. And agencies are better at after service than indies.
Quite frustrating when you make the time to show up on time.

This crap pisses me off if it's Indy. Worse if it's an agency. I have had one agency cancel on me me 2x. I won't name them less I get banned. I would be ok if they offered even a meagre apology. I don't care if the girl canceled I booked with YOUR agency. And it reflects on your agency. The Indy I won't see no matter her pics of reviews. Better luck next time.

Knowing her the way I do she is very professional and only cancels when she absolutely has to.

I also know she does try to make it up as best she can.

I don't know about the OPs Situation, but I do find it unfortunate that he has taken it upon himself to decide what the punishment should be for missing his appointment 6 months of banishment!

It's one thing to report your situation but another to try and ruin a ladies business - doesn't put you in a good light.

I for one will continue to see her - and for those who haven't. - here's why. DDG, the most amazing set of breasts I have ever seen, crazy body that she works hard to Maintain, and incredible service including a bbbj that is my personal kryptonite

I think it's important to note that the only time something negative is said about her, it always is from some guy who hasn't actually seen her. Anyone who has actually seen her always has positive things to say

Everyone is entitled to their opinion but I figured since so many were piling on the negative side I would give you some reasons why she's not to be missed!

First of all I’d like to say sorry for your experience with trying to book me, there’s obviously things I could improve on and this has opened up my eyes more to that, so thank you! Without speaking too much about my personal life, I’ll be considering hiring someone to take my emails as I have a busy life aside from this with school, placement, a social life, etc. and answering all my emails has become more difficult.
