ps, I should have protested with the teachers as I truly feel they are getting a bad reputation for doing a noble job.For those that think teachers are overpaid....are you nuts???? One of my friends who used to be a teacher is now working at a bank. He said to me...."At the bank, I do only half of the work and get paid more dearly than being a teacher!"
Pss. Yes some teachers are lazy. LIke any other professions, there are some serious bad apples. Thus, there are many great teachers out there.

Teachers are being pawns for McGuilty so that he has a chance at a majority. IF he gets it he'll just back off and say "I'm sorry, can I open the public purse for you?"

I agree with you he's doing it because of the bi-election but I don't believe he will be backing off. The twits latest salvo is urging the city to roll back sick benefits from Police, Fire and all emergency staff. I wonder how the mp's enjoyed their 2 months off and if they get paid when they are sick, hmmmm just wondering?

A few other things I am wondering about is if he's punishing the teachers for

ehealth scandal -his fault
all day kindergarten- his brainstorm which clearly they can't afford
his crazy green policy boondoggle which is causing hydro to sky-rocket- hmmm another example of bad policy
