From my friends' account: most (if not all) the girls are EE, very pretty. You choose one on arrival to be your companion for the week, but some packages allow swapping ladies at intervals. You spend the day and night with your companion, and you are expected to buy "gifts" when you go shopping, but the rewards are there when you want them. One friend said you get laid every night, but that's all without a lot of gifting, while another reported if you are "generous" you get what you want, when you want. The girls all speak English to varying degrees. Both friends said they would repeat, but the week is not inexpensive.

My wife and I decided to take the plunge and try out an all-inclusive sex resort called Oxygen (https://www.oxygenretreat.com/) near Puerta Plata in the Dominican Republic. We opted for a 5 day-4 night package.
Let me start by saying thanks to Robert, Mike and all the staff at the resort with a special thanks to Tony, a fellow guest who had been to the retreat a few times and really helped improve the quality of the visit by relaying his experiences. All the staff there (prepare for some major name butchering), Victor, Riesa, Albana, and Alessandro, REALLY went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and enjoy our stay. We stayed in one of the villas, which was great. Projection screen TV, hot tub, nice shower, etc. We highly recommend the villa. Aside from the accommodations, the dining is also amazing. Victor is a great chef and we feasted like kings for the entire stay. Other amenities include two pools, large hot-tub, tiki-bar, volleyball court, basketball court, tennis court and a gym.
The resort delivers everything it promises. There were always at least 6 girls per guest. Each girl was Dominican and very hot. They ran the gamut from ‘spinner types’ to extremely well-endowed. The level of English varied from able to carry on a halting conversation to no English at all. The language thing makes nailing down each girl’s “menu” somewhat difficult, but I was not told “no” to anything I requested (LFK, DFK, BBBJ, MPOS, MSOG, COF, COB, CIM, etc), although I never inquired about Greek. You can tell the girls are used to having requested “mimed” by the non-Spanish guests. Each girl was very passionate, delivering a true GFE, and really seemed to enjoy having sex. Robert does an excellent job screening his employees. We highly recommend Jocasta (saw alone, with wife twice), Elizabeth (saw with wife), Elsa (saw alone and with wife) and Delaney (saw with wife). I also had sessions with Flor (great fake boobs) and Ruby which were OK, but not on my repeat list, a little mechanical and not as into the experience as their peers. Also had couple sessions with Allie and Chandra which were fine but chemistry just was not there. However, we would recommend them to another couple.
The way the system works is that you are provided a number of differently colored tickets when you check in, the number of each depend on the package you purchase. You will get 1 ‘overnight’ ticket for each day of your stay, where the girl stays all night with you. You will also get at least two 2 hour session tickets for each day of your stay. There are other tickets for other purposes, but I am going to stick to the sex, you can PM me if you want more details. The girls normally hang out near the bar or one of the two pools. You simply walk up to the girl, ask/motion/tap her on the shoulder and take her back to your room. Even though the ticket was for 2 hours, none of the girls I was with or my wife and I were with ever watched the clock and I am sure I/we went over the 2 hours on most of the sessions. There was never was an issue with the clock. All the girls stayed until we asked them to leave. We were hesitant to try the overnight option, but we did choose a girl to try it with during the final night of our stay and it was great. After dinner, Jocasta came back to the room for an incredible threesome, then out to the bar for a few recovery drinks. Since it was getting late, we all headed back and crashed. My wife was not in the mood for morning sex, but our guest was happy to oblige me while my wife “slept” peacefully in the same bed. That was a fantasy come true!!! After the morning sex we all said our farewells. We are looking forward to exercising the overnight option more frequently during our next visit.
What will we do differently for the next visit?
1. Bring some porn DVDs. They do have a porn channel but I am thinking of specific DVDs I will bring for ‘demonstration’ purposes.
2. Bring tipping money (numerous 10s, 5s, and 1s). The resort does not allow tipping, but EVERY dude that puts his dick-beaters on your luggage at the airport is looking for a tip.
3. Not pack so many clothes.
4. Bring an English-to-Spanish dictionary.
In summary, we had the experience of a lifetime and are already planning a repeat trip. We highly recommend this resort to any couple or single guy wanting to live out their every fantasy.
