I also occasionally put a couple pinches of cinnamon and a splash of vanilla in the grounds along with the salt

Can't do that with the Keurig.

use the pod to make your own mix

Pre-mix a 1/4 cup of coffee in a resealable container and have at it

Wegmans own brand of dark roast is pretty close
