Florida was amazing. I stayed in St. Pete's in a beautiful 2 bedroom condo with a great view of the beach.

I did go down to look at property. I'm thinking ahead for retirement. Unfortunately I should have done this last year, the Canadian dollar was higher and the housing market lower, it's on the rise in the US.

I've thought of Arizona. I went down about 4 years ago with a friend starting a business. It is a great place but I do like the water and the fishing.

Check out the Golf Coast in Texas.

You get the Golf of Mexico and what I consider much better location.

Too often people think Fla because they have never experienced other areas.

From my experience the folks in Texas are friendlier.
