How did the sauce come out? Sounds wonderful.

nice thick tasty sauce

the sweetness of the lamb in the meatballs pushed them up a notch.
I am sure they will love the pasta come the end of the month.

I am not in the Rocky Mountains
So when I make Oysters they come from the sea and have a shell.

Believe it or not I like milk with my meals.

we have 20 to 25 people every year at my sisters.

So we do 3 turkeys and all the trimmings.
as a tradition I do a relish tray for the masses. Typically I spends 8 to 10 bucks per person on it.

I miss my son....he has not written in a month.....

anybody can make a great sauce if they remember the real recipe is in the taste and not written on paper.

you need to taste it often to adjust the seasoning and determine the acidity level and adjust it.

The questions of a thick or thin sauce is all a personal choice.

myself I like a sauce you can stand the fork up in and a hint of hot peppers.

but a sweet good if you remember that sugar is no good for you or the sauce.
