My last day of availability in Hamilton is this Saturday and then I'll be moving to Toronto and ahhhhhhh so overwhelming!!

I could have sworn I had like two weeks and realized today I have less than a week!!

Moving is stressful.

Yes it is the worst, and so stressful but it can be made easier, best solution is to hire movers that will pack, and who'll do most of the work. Good luck and I hope you settle in nicely and enjoy your new place

I HAVE STARTED!! I actually got a lot done yesterday and I have a girlfriend coming over shorty to help me too. Things are coming together fine, I'm mostly just overwhelmed <3

It will!! I will be accepting bookings as of August 7th I'll be taking a week off to get settled somewhere and find a place to move to (my realtor and I have been having a lot of problems as of late).

I didn't hire a mover but I did get one of those moving pod thingies!! They are going to drop it off on the 31st, I fill it and then they will store it until I find a place for myself (the rental market in Toronto is bonkers, who woulda thunk it??? lol).

Toronto market is 1.3% vacancy rate as of last year. That means you show up with blank checks, credit check, employment letter, references in hand and you're aiming 45 days out to get the space you want.
