I like both. However there are some really botched boob enhancements and reductions out there, choosing a good doctor is key.

The only con I feel to having naturals is they are heavier then implants, however I've been fortunate to not have any back issues.

Personally it's the over the top enhanced ones which I do not prefer.

And as I get on in years I'm developing a real like for smaller and perky. Who would have thunk it,lol
