Good for them, it's about time some government body starts going after these ridiculous fees being charged by the insurance companies.

A twitter page should also be set up letting us know where the radar fishing holes are being manned. The insurance companies with the help of the police are becoming unbearable on Canadians.

The other's that should be put out of business are the lawyers encouraging drivers to sue for damages when most of the claims are fraudulent. These lawyers and doctors playing along with the scammers should all be charged and lose their licenses.

Yeah I just recieved my insurance renewal this morning.

I seriously believe that there will come a time when the government will want 85% of our income and to have any sort of life we won't be able to have anything other than a job and shelter. You may not believe it but face it, they already take (I think) 55 or 60% and that keeps going up every year.....Plus they "hide" some of their thievery by adding user fees instead of calling it a "tax". Think of the cost to renew your driver's licence, your stickers, etc.

I can't disagree with T and G. The fees, taxes the general cost of living is going through the roof. Then add in the lack of job security that has somehow became the norm to the glee of the corporations, I believe we are going to be in quite a pickle in the near future.
