This is THE official 2015 HUBGFE.cc NFL Football Pool Thread.
1. The object of the pool is to collect the most aggregate game 'wins' by the end of the regular season, by selecting winning teams for each game played each week. You do not need to beat the spread to win - simply correctly select the teams that win their games outright. A tie game will result in a win being assigned to both teams.
2. In the event of a tie in aggregate wins between two or more participants occurring at the end of the season, first tie-breaker will be the total aggregate points scored by all winning teams selected. Second tie-breaker will be total number of touchdowns scored by all winning teams selected.
3. All upcoming game contests will be posted in advance of each week's play, complete with each team's win-loss record, and final scores will be updated to identify winning teams within 48hrs of the week's games being completed. Aggregate pool standings will also be published each week in advance of the start of game play.
4. Each week, participants must post ALL their picks for the entire week (Thursday, Sunday and Monday games inclusive) in this thread before 6:00pm EST on the Thursday preceding that week's games. The exception to this will be a deadline to post game selections of 11:00am EST to accommodate the US Thanksgiving Day games played Thursday November 26th (first game kickoff is at 12:30pm EST). Selections posted after the specified deadline will not count, win or lose, towards individual participant totals, but will be considered null for that week.
4. Each player's selections will be recorded offline prior to the start of each week's games. You can alter/change your game selections anytime PRIOR to the Thursday 6:00pm posting deadline, but no editing of posts regarding game selections made after-the-fact (after the deadline) will be accepted. The pool is all about having some good old honest fun, so goes without saying that cheaters will be disqualified. 'Honor System' rules.
