She even had the smarts to ask if it was okay to shoot if he came into the room. Holy Shite! I hope that her life is blessed and she is successful in every way and it's obvious that she'll be a good mother as she demonstrated she'll protect her child and herself without hesitation. What a week for her. Husband dies on Christmas day and she kills a looney-tune on New Years Day. Will she ever be able to enjoy those holidays again? She will because of her child.

Why did it take 21 minutes for response? I am a supporter of the law, innocent until proven guilty, and I know there are bad coppers, but what mode of transportation do they utilize for police services in Oklahoma, the TTC!

I just shot the man': Boy, 14, kills intruder after gang of FOUR men try to break into house where he was home alone with his sister

Yet another teen has used deadly force to protect his home from intruders.
Police in North Carolina revealed a 14-year-old boy shot dead an intruder attempting to break into his home while he and his sister were alone.
The teen opened fire with a shotgun while his 17-year-old sister hid in a closet as a gang of men attempted to smash their way into their home.

Police said an elderly Daytona Beach widower was "well within his rights" to shoot and kill a burglar who tried to force his way into his beachside home Thursday morning.

Police Chief Mike Chitwood said 82-year-old Charles Robbins was awakened by the noise of someone trying to break in at about 6:15 a.m., armed himself and shot through the door in the 300 block of Woodland Avenue, killing 24-year-old Tyler Orshoski.

"We're thankful he did something the criminal justice system couldn't do and he put this guy out of business this morning," he said. Chitwood said the homeowner's wife died recently.

Robbins used a .45-caliber handgun to shoot Orshoski once in the abdomen, according to police spokesman Jimmie Flynt. The suspected burglar died on the porch of the house.
