Why not just legalize it and be done with it? Gloating they stopped a shipment which will not stop a bloody thing. People want cocaine and other drugs they will get it. Legalized it, control it so it's safe and make money on it.

All they've done is ensure more dangerous watered down drugs will be causing folks to OD.
