I am thinking pizza..........the question becomes do I make:

White Pizza with cheese, garlic, onion and olives.

or

A Cheese, Pepperoni, Mushroom, Olives
and Onion?

White pizza? Is it a racist pizza? :LMAO:

I'm with escapefromstress. You don't want to show favoritism to your pizza. Never know where that might lead. Before you know it, you could go a whole month without pizza...Oh the horror!

I actually make Pizza 2 maybe 3 times a year........the dough takes 2 plus days, the sauce is easy as are the toppings.

Dough is easy to make in a breadmaker. I used to make mine with 1/2 white and 1/2 whole wheat flour. Bi-racial pizza!

true but you still need 2 days to let the yeast work its magic..........a perfect pizza is a science project in the kitchen

In that case, definitely make both pizza! I like to use naan bread for quick and easy personal sized pizza. Just throw your choice of topping, toss in oven for a it and voila!

Make sure to drizzle it with extra virgin olive oil once you are done.

White Pizza with cheese, garlic, onion and olives.

No need to when you use a quality cheese

Keep your pizza simple....too many toppings can actually ruin the taste. Cheese, Prosciutto with arugula are excellent toppings as they compliment each other.
My dough....i make it from scratch but didnt realize you would need 2 days. For me it would take 4 to 6 hours. First let it rise and you are dealing with atleast 3-4 hours. Then Beat the dough again. Covered it for another 3 hours/
Tomato sauce...nothing beat this sauce when you do it from scratch..avoid canned tomato sauce at all cost.

Trust me on the 2 plus days for the dough.......you get a much easier dough to work with as well as no yeasty taste at all.....................You do the typical first rise and then you kneed it...................let it rise a second time then portion the dough.......You can wrap it in plastic but I prefer to put it in a Tupperware container, cover it loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 24 hours. I find it easier to let the dough come up to room temp before I toss it.
