Why only shooting, but not knife attacks?
This is like the left wing fake news shit that I have to watch daily.

A 20-year-old woman was sexually assaulted after leaving a music event at Downsview Park over the August long weekend.
Investigators said the woman met a man, who also attended the event, while walking between the hours of midnight and 1 a.m. on Aug. 6 in the area of Bakersfield Street and Sheppard Avenue West.

The man offered to drive the woman to meet her friends.

After she got into the vehicle, police said she was driven to a deserted area and sexually assaulted.
A suspect wanted in connection with this investigation has been described by officers as a white, five-foot-ten to six-foot man between the ages of 28 and 35, with a slim athletic build, short brown hair and a large nose. At the time, he was wearing a light-coloured T-shirt with a darker design on the front.

He was driving a dark-coloured Kia sportage SUV or a similar vehicle, police said.
Surveillance camera footage of the suspect vehicle was released by investigators on Friday.

Anyone with further information is asked to contact police at 416-808-7474 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 416-888-TIPS (2477).

Saw reports on Global news last night, about a suspect in a recent shooting, anybody want to guess what colour of cloths he was wearing in the picture of him ?

And what this confirms about our legal, not to be confused with a justice system ?

A man has been pronounced dead after shots were fired in broad daylight at a popular downtown park close to the city’s waterfront.
The shooting happened Sunday evening near a set of baseball diamonds in Coronation Park, near Lake Shore and Fort York boulevards.
“I was just sitting on a bench having a conversation with a friend and next I hear several pops, maybe five or six, coming from right behind me,” bystander Hunter Molnar told CP24. “I turn around thinking oh, maybe –you don’t think it’s going to be gunfire. But I saw people running and then I knew that something was really wrong.

A man is dead and two Halton Region police officers were injured in a shooting in Burlington early Saturday, according to police and Ontario's Special Investigations Unit.
The SIU says it is investigating the shooting, which occurred inside an Esso gas station, 875 Appleby Line, at Harvester Road, but outside a bathroom.

Monica Hudon, spokesperson for the SIU, told reporters that the man, 32, died after an exchange of gunfire between himself, four Halton Regional Police officers and one Ontario Provincial Police officer.
Two officers were wounded in the shooting and taken to hospital. They were in non-life-threatening condition Saturday morning. But Hudon said she did not know the extent of the officers' injuries.
One of the injured officers did not open fire. The man died at the scene.

Damn! Look at your gun crazy culture! :biggrin2:

Actually,... NO, the only segment of our population that is "gun crazy",... are the criminals.

As for gun ownership, the US is #1 in the world, Canada #10, with less than 1/3 the ownership per 100 people.
The US has over 3 TIMES the firearm homicide rate per capita, of 31 advanced countries in the world, see the connection.

If there was no private ownership of hand guns allowed, there would be a much less availability of hand guns for criminals, unless smuggled in from countries that the population has a fixation on guns, and allows just about anybody to have a hand gun.

Arming the population of Canada with hand guns, will NOT solve any problem, except make the problem worse.

A 15-year-old boy was shot dead in downtown Toronto late Tuesday afternoon.
Emergency services responded to a shooting in Regent Park, at 230 Sackville St., around 4:15 p.m., Toronto police said.

A witness who preferred to remain nameless said she saw some youths fighting just before the shooting took place.
“One of the kids ran out of (the fight), into the building and went up to the eighth floor,” she said. “At least one of the others chased behind him and shot him just as he reached the apartment.”

She said the victim turned 15 yesterday. Police confirmed his age.

“I didn’t know him but whatever the story is behind this, it’s just tragic,” the witness said.

Some blame it because they stopped carding but that was too controversial and negative for today's minds.

I would do what Charles used to do :shout:
