It's a bit of a biggie in that it seems to give him carte blanche to commit violent offenses while in jail. I don't understand why he can't be provided with audio/video interactive access from a cell during a trial. Or restrain him "Silence of the Lambs" style in the courtroom.

Yes I did willy, by now you should start taking stories with a pinch of salt...if it's the case the officers will like to keep him in the jail so they can strap him or "her" down and beat it to death.
