Questionable Agency owners and practices

Wanted to start a separate thread based on the Bailey JG convo on Elliot of Minx.

Also, I had some comments on SFT and Misha regarding some of the girls I used to see there; I haven't been there to visit since Eve left for TDL as Madeline, but they seem to have some better looking talent as of yesterday, but I'm still not convinced Misha is a stand up guy. I know some of you have met him and I'm falling under the girls sob stories...just my opinion. SFT has always been good at customer service though and they've given me QIC status on new talent.

Thanks for this thread AM. How the ladies treat the women is extremely important for me. I will not support adverse treatment, that is not book the women through the agency thereby adding to management economic growth.

I have had several meetings with Mischa and his wife as I have been helping them find rentals as new incalls, shh, now im the slut, anything to make money, lol. His next one will be at yonge/bloor. The girls that bash him tend to be girls that leave. The one making the most noise lied to him, was a druggy, and tried sleping in his incall locations when girls needed them for appts, after her bf tossed her out, so he told her to go work elsewhere. They tried helping her then she screwed them over. While they are a little odd they seem like decent people, they have treated me well, seem big on customer service, and he tries to look after his girls, he gives them a $10_$20 cut better than most agencies. He is of course an agency owner/pimp but from what I have seen he seems like a decent one. Petes still the best though, all his girls love working for him, I have met many of them outside when hanging with him as well as in sessions and they all say they like working for him. The ones that leave are ones he get s rid of for causing trouble, like drugs, or one that trashed a hotel room out west when hammered. Misha seems to be on the same track, but I havent known him nearly as long or as well as Pete. Time will tell I suppose. Fyi I hear Sassys may sell soon. Thats the extent of my insider knowledge for whats its worth. ATEAM EYES ONLY BOYS!!

Sometimes you don't know who to believe, but as I said, SFT has always been forth right in customer service and have not done me wrong personally. I just don't like their current line up (Rebecca out of that opinion). The two new girls from yesterday seem yummy though.

Thanks for the info Muckin. It is good to get different perspectives on an issue because we are all exposed to different sides and variables given our posiition and own personal outlooks.
AM, what specifically did you hear in the way of SFT not treating their ladies right, or being unsavory. Seems muckins evidence presented is strong for him and the agency being pretty standup. I know every situation is different and not everyone is a angel but still there a threshold as to what we are willing to accept/support in terms of treatment.

Pete does seem like a good guy tho my interaction with him have been minimal. Hey speaking of Jersey Girls, Muckin any chance that Tattoo's girl...whats her name, she was from Edmonton or something will be coming back to TO? I must meet her.

Sorry to hear that Kev and Kelly are having a tough time. They are such good people. I try to promote them every chance I get. I have tried to book a few of their women but havent been able to make it work, unfortunately.
We must try harder.

This is interesting for me, as I've tended to frequent indies for the most part and its only recently that i've come back to using some of the agency ladies (lately Select, Mirage and Cupids), so I don't know the main players as well as some of you. When I did lean towards agencies in the past, I was mindful of asking the ladies if they felt they were being treated fairly - that would help me determine whether or not I continued to frequent them. Sure it's easy for them to lie in order to keep the clients coming back but you can tell a lot by body language and tone of voice when speaking about "work". If I'm going to spend my money with an agency, I'd rather give it to someone who shows the same kind of respect to the ladies as I do.

CT and Muck, I feel Muck's opinion is valid. I looked back and although even my own (ha) Madeline complained about working long hours and being booked when she asked not to, she could have still said no...although, keeping a job or spot on the roster is paramount in some girls' minds, there's always a different agency to work for. I did hear the same complaint from some of the other girls from SFT that I used to see regular, who are no longer there; I do see some past girls who've been dormant for quite some time, come back to work for them, so there must be something good.

I remember sitting in my truck with Madeline/Eve one night after we went out for dinner when she had booked a few hours off and she thought she saw Mischa and his wife coming in to the Brampton location and the look in her eyes of fright kind of knocked me for a loop; hence some validity to her being frightful. Perhaps she didn't ask for the time off, but she got booked solid every day she worked and she was never in a rush to get back for a an appointment when she came out with me off the clock. She didn't want to be caught with me...client or not...dunno why but I can understand to some degree.

Take the above for what you will. They've never done anything to me personally and I'm just shining up my armour.

AM no girls would like to be caught with a client in that situation by an agency owner, I dont think its a matter of fear, its about being caught by the boss doing something you shouldnt, like any job.

CT her name is Cameron, its unlikely she will come back here, she simply makes way more money out west.

Muck, true, but what a girl does in her off time, should be her business truthfully. Agencies don't own 100% of the girls' time, especially when it's their own time. It wasn't like we were in their incall having social sex We were at my place LOL.
