In the short time I've been posting here I've been greatly and happily surprised by the freedoms here and have also enjoyed the comradery and humor shared .Just the fact that we can post a rebuttal to a mods post here says a lot! The other board I was on(cerb/Lyla) appeared to be run by a couple of redheads and their hypocritical crew. If you weren't in that circle then your opinion and presence would often be attacked and criticized, especially those new members who made mistakes. The mods there felt the right to give their opinion also of a persons personality, business, looks, etc, in private pm's and with as much ignorance as possible. Apparently they felt belittling people was good for their board! So it certainly can be a lot worse! So far, it appears to me at least, that the mods here, allow members to "work it out", so to speak, among themselves and don't appear to favor particular members, not that I've noticed. As far as the pics in question, it is my understanding that genital pics aren't allowed across most boards and most advertising sites. So I can understand the mods getting upset at someone who ignores this. But and again, no one deserves to be verbally abused, by a mod or any other member, no one has that right. So if and when that happens I'd expect someone to step in and moderate or penalize.

However, I did once again stop posting here because of him. Bobostheowl is another one. These poster are in my opinion, trouble makers. They post passive-aggressively in a multiple amount of threads purposely trying to cause issue. I am a white woman and I didn't not automatically bounce my big boobs up and down for joy to be with MisterChocolate so I must be a racist insensitive bitch. At least that is the image he wanted to portray for me. He nerco-bumped a thread of mine to call me out negatively on top of posting numerous times and PMing me. I have no time for childishness like that. However, I am also in the process of building a brand for myself as well so I am not going to post somewhere where this type of poster is allowed to run amok, even if I do have him on ignore. If I feel like I have to limit my posting, I will simple not bother. There seems to be no point. Even when someone tries to stick up for him, like "thesun" did, he went after him negatively. This is a game to Mr. Chocolate. I like fun and games, but not like this.

I do want to say, I never complained about him and as soon as I knew the type of poster he was, I did promptly put him on ignore to hopefully rid myself of having to deal with him. Maybe because HUBGFE is a smaller close knit community, these posters stand out more as undesirable - I don't know, but he is/was annoying and even on ignore, all I saw was his name everywhere with whinny thread titles, and being quoted by other members. Just seems easier to not bother coming here.

People will always have issues with what they deem to be censorship. I can't say that I blame them. However, I think it is important to look at what censorship is and how it applies. Believe it or not censorship is an ever changing entity.

For example, if people want a board with no censorship, then this place could every well be like that GGS place was. People like that batman guy would not be banned from here. According to most however, that is not censorship. It is proper moderation of the board, because that fits into their idea of what is acceptable conduct and what is not.

In this case, because ladies seemingly get to post naked pics, it should be fair game for the men and anything that disrupts is censorship in the eyes of some. I think this is a board for primarily for escorts and under that theme, one set and style of pics would be acceptable and the other, not so much. This is an adult site and I am sure that some pics of children here would not be acceptable based on the theme of this board. I don't believe this to be censorship, I believe this is another proper form of moderation based on the ideals and principles of HUBGFE.

Lastly, it boils down to what you want here. More so what the mods want here. This is their house after all. Does HUBGFE want ladies here who pay for advertising or not? Do they want ladies here to participate? Do they want naked pics of ladies? Do they want men who review or not? Do they want men who participate? Do they want naked dick pics of a small penis? What type of postings do they want? Positive, informative, upbeat, fun? Negative, whining, trolling, baiting? Just like us, the mods have to choose what they want. First and foremost they should be choosing what they want and then us(the masses) can decide if we like the product they are providing. If most do -Success! If not, back to the drawing board. It is not an easy position to be in as an owner/moderator.

There are things I would love see different in many places, but I am just lil' old me. Nothing special. I would never dream of telling HUBGFE how to run things. I may make suggestions, but at the end of the day, it is not what I want or like, I won't bitch and moan - I simply will remove myself and let others carry on.

C'mon. Can't we just be treated like adults and skip over posts we don't want to see as we decide for ourselves. Yes, the board belongs to someone and we are in their "house" but what brings people to the house is the freedom to post about a topic that a good deal of people would like to see banned all together (speaking of the anti-adult christians and others). I call BULLSHIT on this , if this is the case a board without it's membership, a board that is stale and boring because no one is posting is as useless as paint drying on a wall.
