Recommendations needed on finding a friend to chat on skype.

A civilian or even a SP that would like to chat at night about anything. Tried searching chat lines and others but not sure which one to choose. Just looking for a female without hang ups, baggage or drama. Obviously compensation will be made but I am not a rich man.

Is Skype not free anymore?. Been trying to log in but keeps asking me where I live and personal questions.
