Release Cyntoia Brown from prison?

I didn't say I had any sympathy for the john. Clearly he must have known he was sleeping with an unwilling, underage and completely fucked up young girl. In the end, it worked out badly for him, so karma bit him hard in the ass.

That said, rape and pedophilia are not defined punishable by the death sentence under the law, and she chose to end his life. She was not coerced or tricked into doing it, she knew full well what she was doing even if she didn't fully understand what that choice likely meant. She's now paying for that decision. As they say, ignorance of the law is no excuse.

Even the extenuating circumstances were insufficient for the court and the parole board to grant her leniency, and they found little sympathy for her given she chose to shoot a defenseless, sleeping man rather than leave the scene and make an escape.

Sorry that wasnt my implication. I still haven't really investigated this matter to the fullest to give my own opinion. However my feelings towards pedophiles or child rapists remain the same....good riddance if they are gone.

Listen, 'dickless'

Clearly your fucking stupidity continues to rise to the surface at the most annoying of times.... a) I don't see underage escorts. b) the escorts I do see are in the industry because they want to be, and are in complete, independent control of their business - from the clients they choose to see, to the services they choose to offer and the prices they choose to charge. c) I don't abuse the escorts I see in any way, shape or form.

Am I breaking the law by paying escorts for sex? Yup. And no, I'm not ok with the law as written and choose to disobey it, which is my prerogative. And should I be arrested and charged, I am aware of and fully willing to face the consequences.

Seems pretty in line with what I posted above, and in no way makes me even remotely a hypocrite.

If I killed someone simply because I suspected they might possibly hurt me, and was then convicted of murder or manslaughter, then complained that my sentence under the law was unreasonable because I feel my fear alone was sufficient justification to take another person's life - then I'd be a hypocrite.

Asshat.

Interesting. So you're unwilling to fight for decriminalization of the sex work industry yet at the same time you see dozens and dozens of SP's and you wouldn't care less if the law arrests you and put your sorry ass in prison because of unfair bullshit Bill C-36 that you wouldn't give two shits about. How nice to know :) .

I'm not saying what this sex trafficking victim did was right. Clearly taking an individual's life is wrong. However, we don't hear the woman's side of the story and rather jump to conclusions that she should be locked up for life using the "the law is the law" justification which is narrow minded at best. She was trafficked at a young age and raped - let me ask you - if you were in a helpless situation where you were forced to have sex with a guy and the only option was to subdue him what would you do?

If you ask me, if someone tried to rape me and coerce me into sex I would eviscerate his guts out and I wouldn't regret that decision one bit.

Speaking of dickless, thanks for the compliment :biggrin2: . I wish I was dickless. Seriously I do.

Wanna know something else? 2016 I arranged to get castrated and to do a full gender transition, but I wasn't able to because a) I didn't have enough money and b) I didn't feel comfortable travelling to Montreal all by myself. Man if only I womaned up back then...

I wouldn't end up seeing SP's but I would have been a much happier person.

Don't regret just enjoy the present.

I would arrange for a castration surgery next month if I could. Fuck this unhealthy shitty habit that I'm indulging in right now. I also feel depressed and self-destructive at times because this is not something I normally would do.

$1000-2000 for self-castration is less than seeing one year of SP's.

So I apologize in advance if I break HUBGFE by quoting Demien and Angel in the same post. It is scary stuff I know, but if the servers can handle this, the world may just be okay one day. LOL

No need to ponder. In the eyes of the law, the punishment for killing someone is different than the punishment for enslaving someone, and in the eyes of the law, she was deemed to have unnecessarily taken a life - hence her sentence.

Philosophize all you like. The law is the law. If you don't agree with the law, work to change it. Until then, obey it as written or suffer the consequences.

No doubt, she is suffering the consequences of her actions.

Such outrage. LOL

Relax sweetheart. I understand the concept of law.

I never mentioned law at all. Just pondering the value of life.

You didn't read what he wrote.

People have a choice. They can choose to obey the law, they can choose to change the law, they can choose to break the law. All come with reward and consequence. It is up to the individual to decide what they want and what works for them. However, if you choose the latter, don't bitch about doing the time for the crime you committed. Which he won't. He is prepared to pay the price should be caught.

Awww sweetie thanks for calling me Angel <3. Better "Angel" than "CA" or even "Crimson". Oh yeah don't worry you can totally quote two people! :biggrin2:

Interesting how you and Damien couldn't care less about Bill C-36 criminalizing sex work and driving the industry underground. You say "the law is the law, you can choose to obey or change it" but then I say the law is made up by rich upper class people in power who prioritize the needs of wealthy middle and upper class citizens over those who are the most marginalized. In the past slavery was legal and it was illegal for women and people of colour to vote, and thank GOD there were people who stood up and said fuck you to the law or else our society would have been the same as it was 100 years ago.

There are certain places in US where the law states that feeding homeless people is illegal. That doesn't stop me from not wanting to feed them and yes I would gladly bitch about it if I get caught because I'm doing the right fucking thing.

Honestly??? How dare you? First - Don't put words in MY mouth.

Second, I was clarrifying what Demien was saying. He is making a choice. That is what he said. Just like others have the right to as well.

I have been an activitist for the industry and you actually probably know that of me or of my personality being the way I post here so to say that I could care less is pretty offensive.

Having said that, I am not going to use a personal criminal case against me as a tool for activism. You don't know the life I lead outside of this forum and the people who could be hurt in my life, in my other business, in the process.

I am sure many women wanted to fight like Bedford did but maybe they had an ex that would rip her kids away from her for being a SW. Maybe a mother didn't want her young children bullied at school for their hooker mom who is trying to fight the system. To say that anyone who doesn't fight charges by bitching about it, is supporting a law like the one C36 brought into the CCC is pretty ignorant. You don't know Demien or his life or what he may have to lose personally.

So for you to seemingly sit on some moral high horse and be as judgemental as you are of people who don't "fight the good fight" the way you think they should is horrible. Add to that that anyone who doesn't is also somehow supporting it or just could "care less" is down-right wrong. Not to mention lumping me in for even clarrifying a point of other poster is just mind boggling. How do you come to these conclusions?

If this is truly how you feel, then I worry more about people like you then I do Demien. At least he is a consistent asshole in all things. Not wishy-washy and flip-floppy depending on what suits him that day.

Sorry Jessica I don't know a thing about you because I never read up about you nor do I care. I only interpret based on what you said and I respond accordingly so I'm sorry if you were offended by that. What you do is none of my business but if you say something I disagree with I have every right to disagree. I may make assumptions along the way but that's what happens if you and Damien say things like "the law is the law, don't bitch about it for doing time for the crime you committed". However, thanks for the clarifications though and I am happy that you are a strong advocate to the sex work industry. Keep up the good work!

Yes I understand, not many people can do activism since it's not suitable for everyone blah blah blah I get it. But when you and Damien say "the law is the law, don't bitch about it for doing time for the crime you committed" sounds like you and Damien care more about whether the law was being broken as opposed to questioning whether the law makes sense and whether it should be changed. And that caused me to be hesitant to believe that you are one of those people who are willing to change unfair laws. No hard feelings, just that was how I interpreted.

Your label of me being on this "moral high horse" is quite interesting to say the least. Which horse do you sit on Jessica? I know Damien quite well to conclude that he's one of those overly dogmatic, conservative men who I would frankly not be surprised if his views surrounding the Cyntoia Brown case was that she was to be locked up for life for taking the life of the individual because the laws says so even though none of us know the true context of what happened. If it was self defense then it should be judged differently than if it was willful murder, and considering she was 16, was sexually trafficked, and most likely had to defend herself from a rapist/pedophile then she should be viewed differently from, let's say, a parent murdering their disabled child.

On the flip side, maybe Damien would be right once in a while, like how a broken clock is right twice a day, but I'm so used to Damien's right-winged and ignorant style of posts who thinks that anybody who fight against oppression is "playing the victim game" that I'm hesitant to even for one second consider any of Damien's posts to be agreeable. I'll admit that I'm biased and I can be emotionally inclined at times but every time I see Damien post what goes on inside my head is this "rich able bodied cis-het man asserting his privilege onto us".

If you truly have a lower opinion of me for being "wishy-washy" over an asshole then I'm not going to judge - Your personality is your personality. But thanks for admitting it to me. I say what I need to say and what makes sense to me and my views don't need to be validated. If you prefer to be around an asshole over somebody like me by all means be my guest.

At least he is consistent.

You preach one thing and behave another. That gets no one anywhere but running in all directions.

I try all the time to enough I don't sit on high horse. Just equal ground. That is me.

I dont fight for men. I don't fight for women, I don't fight for one race, I don't for fight for one sexual orientation or gender.

I have for all people. And I fight for them to be equal.

I don't pick and choose what works for me and what doesn't. But that is apparently what you do. You are the type who wouldn't help a 45 year white christian male simply because he respresents in your opinion everything you hate. And you can't say differently because you have made that quite clear with yours post just over the last couple of weeks.

You know what that makes you? Not bias. A racist, a sexist, a bigot.

Everything you get upset about is the exact same stuff you spew. I have mentioned a few times now that your over the top rage filled posts need a toning down. I support your rights as you have defined your gender and sexuality. I am more then fair with you even though you have repeatedly said you are "bias". Now I have just had enough.

You are not bias sweetie. You are way beyond that. Look to yourself before calling others out. The mirror is seriously calling you.

Oh dear... how am I supposed to respond to this? I wouldn't help a 45 year white Christian male? Hahahahahahahaha. That's the funniest thing I heard so far. Or should I be creeped out instead? You obviously don't know me at all so it's flattering that you're making that conclusion. Funny how you said I was making assumptions about your sex work activism and now you're doing the exact same thing to me.

I don't like assholes who shout slurs and hate speech at marginalized individuals like Prick, Damien, or Robertson. But how nice to know that tone policing me because I dared to speak up is all you are concerned about. Go join the Damien circlejerk if it suits you so well. I'm putting you on my ignore list, which I don't normally do. At least Damien, Robertson, and Prick are entertaining for me to respond to. You're not.

From wikipedia:

''Prosecutors argued that her motive for killing Allen was robbery.[SUP][4][/SUP] This was, in part, due to video-recorded admissions Brown made during her arrest. Brown admitted to lying about her age when she first encountered her victim.[SUP][citation needed][/SUP] While Allen slept, she left the room, found his gun collection, returned to the bedroom and shot him while he slept.[SUP][5][/SUP] Prosecutors raised the point that Brown premeditated the murder, because the victim was asleep, she had an opportunity to leave and chose not to. Brown later told investigators that Allen had reached for something and she feared for her life, but the forensic evidence didn't support it. Evidence shows Allen was asleep when he was shot dead with a gunshot wound to the back of his head. His hands were underneath his body and partially interlocked indicative of a person who is sleeping. When Brown left Allen's house, she took his wallet, guns, and his car.''

That's all I need to know.

She's in the right place and the justice system worked in this case.

I am it making assumptions??? LMAO. You make your thoughts, feelings and opinions known remember? No one can stop you. That is you. Talk how you want, right?

Yet almost all of your posts are how you are pissed off with "white man" this and that or straight, rich, Christian "white man" this and that. You change up the some of the demographics you are choosing to hate regarding white men. Seems like you like a little variety in your hate.

Did you not just join TERB? What are you first two posts there? Anyone in the class care to take a guess? Anyone? Nah - they already know. All anyone has has to do is look at your posting history.

Funny tho, now I can be on ignore but when it was ME who called out Prick for his homosexual slurs, my "policing" was ok then.

Besides being a racist sexist bigot, you are also a huge hypocrite.

Thanks for showing everyone your true colours.

The problem with you is that you come at everything from an over-exaggerated emotionally reactive perspective, and typically shoot your mouth off on topics of which you are woefully uneducated and badly misinformed. Add to that your inherent anger management and self-esteem issues which only serve to add distasteful spice, not credibility to any opinion you share.

In short, you're a loud-mouthed, know-nothing schnook all rolled up in a never ending self-pity party. :)

You cannot, and will not ever be taken seriously until you get your shit together. ;;Hurry-up::

We, your betters, will continue to school you in all aspects should you choose to persist, rather than cease and desist. :NoNoNo:

Huh you're also on Terb? Oh right I'm sorry you're too insignificant for me to care. You, on the other hand, do you just follow me everywhere you go because my posts are THAT important to you? If so thanks I'm very much flattered. :biggrin2:

Jessica Rain aka the libertarian/ignorant/conservative queen summarized in 4 statements:

1) Using homophobic slurs is just as bad as calling out homophobia from a bigoted Prick so it's a double standard that "tone policing" a homophobe is okay but tone policing an individual who dared to speak out against homophobia and LGBTphobia is not okay. Because violent homophobes are more oppressed than gay people.
2) White Nazi men who discriminate against Spanish women are an oppressed class so we need to protect them at all costs.
3) Rich, straight, Christian men need protection from those big bad lower class, queer, and homosexual men so we need to protect them at all costs.
4) Calling out homosexual slurs and accepting CA for their gender identity entitles me brownie points so I can control them and their views whenever I want.

Arguing with you is like arguing with a wall, but that would be mean to my wall as even it wouldn't spew out ignorant dumb shit that you are spewing out.

I can't decide whether your views are funny or sad, but I feel entitled to print screen your posts as well as posts by Damien and the rest of his cronies so that me and my well enlightened friends who are true allies to the LGBTQ, women, racial minority, and disability communities will have a good laugh.

"Arguing with you is like playing chess with a pigeon. It'll knock over all the pieces, shit on the board, and strut about like it's won anyways."

None of the above makes any sense. Like not at all. It is disturbing and truly scary you think that it does.

And do you honestly think I followed on TERB. You posted in a thread I was also active in. Your name here was the same name you chose there. You spewed the same hate-filled rant there too. It ain't rocket science to know who you are.

There is activism and just pure hate. You think because it is against white people or men or those who are straight, that it is okay. It is not.

But more concerning then the way to spew that venom to others is how it must consumes and rules you. That is not healthy for anyone. Yourself included. I don't care if you laugh at me with your friend. I really don't. What I hope you do instead is seriously look in the mirror and then maybe seek help for all this anger and hate you have in your heart. Please seek help. You need it. I know you have mentioned being involved with some type of mental health professional. I was not aware it was this bad. I am sorry I engaged as far as I did with you.

I will not continue to engage with someone who is so clearly unstable. It would be cruel.

You can have the last word word if you need. I understand that is important to you even if only to hear yourself speak.

Good luck to you in your future.

Ah yes gaslighting. When was the last time that happened to me again?

My psychologist tells me whenever I am gaslighted the best solution is to distance myself and walk away from the person and never come back. So that's what I'm going to do right now. Have a good day.

Damien have fun with your new puppet.

PS: I'm print-screening your post and keeping it on my computer because what you said was THE most vile and despicable thing anyone has ever said to me. Yes I would gladly show it to my psychologist, and sorry to disappoint you but my psychologist will take MY side not YOURS. You're right Damien and Prick are assholes, but you're on a whole new level Jessica - you're this braindead non-sentient puppet that mirrors whoever is convenient for you to mirror, in this case a filthy rich man who have overly ignorant views on sensitive issues. You're one of those confused mindless drones who, if you lived in the 1800s, you would gladly support slavery solely because other people are doing the same. Pathetic.

I'm tired of kissing your sweet fucking ass all this time because frankly I feel like an idiot not realizing that all you have been doing is tone-policing me, gaslighting me, and turning a blind eye and trying to be this moderator when I argue against other men on this forum who say obviously offensive things against disabled people and queer people. You tell me to shut up and "add them to my ignore list" while you do jack squat to explain to them why they are wrong. Silencing tactic at its worst.

And yeah you totally told Prick not to use homophobic slurs... when it was clear he made a BIGASS post that EXPLICITLY mentioned every offensive gay and trans slur in the book. A 3 year old could tell that they were offensive slurs. So pat your self on the back Jessica for doing something that EVERYBODY who knows what a homophobic slur looks like should be doing. Oh but wait there's more - later you you decided to silence me for trying to speak up against Prick's offensive language. My god you are a shitshow.

And speaking of Terb, let's play your game talk about that forum for a second. Didn't you mention in there that you were too afraid to offend Trump supporters? How typical of you.
