Good News,Rocco Morra, the missing senior with mental illness has been reunited with his family, he was found at shelter, where someone recognized him.
Bad news is that the police encountered him twice , in one incident he was fined for walking on a highway and the other he was taken in for refusing to pay for a cab fare. In both instances the police let him go, WTF? Cops really dropped the ball on this one
