Roksi (formerly with GOE, now indy, 647-825-6300 ) was here in October . I wanted to see her when she was here in early October. We exchanged few emails, and because she was always late in responding to my emails, by the time she responded, there was no spot available. I didn’t want to complain, not wanting to blame her, thinking that it could have been miscommunication. This time, she advertised on the Internet that she was coming to Ottawa for a week starting Monday, November 14. Because I didn’t want things to happen like the last time, I emailed her way ahead of time at 7am on November 14 (to book for November 18). It took her 10 emails and about 8 texts to set up an appointment for Friday 1:00pm. I drove for 40 minutes and arrived at the hotel about 20 minutes before 1:00pm, and then I get a message saying that she has to cancel my appointment. I was not completely surprised since the day before she sent me a text saying she had only 10:30am available, and at about the same time, she sent me an email this time saying that she had 1:00pm available (I was asking for 12:30). A big contradiction: she was probably purposefully overbooking.
She is completely dis-organized. In one email, she asks me to text her mentioning my name (so that she can recognize me and the details in the 8 emails sent). I did and mentioned my name. She responds as if I were a new client asking for information. Of course I wasn’t going to reproduce the whole content of 8 emails in one phone text…I texted her back saying that she doesn’t seem to have any knowledge of the thread of the 8 emails exchanged.
She also told my friend to text her, so I don’t understand why she puts her email address in her ad; she tries to juggle between emails and texts and gets completely confused.
As much as I appreciate SPs going indy, for themselves and also for the benefit of hobbyists (since this sometimes translates into lower rates), I must admit that the indy thing is not for everybody. It is certainly not for Roksi. When I book any girl with Nicole from GOE (where Roksi used to be), I rarely do more than 2 phone calls. With Roksi, the first time I was not able to book due to delays in responding on her part, and the second time we exchanged 18 emails/texts, she overbooked and finally chose to flush me. Five whole days of emails and texts to have a phony booking of one damn hour! gimme a break!
What more, you get a sense of complete indifference when you read her texts/emails, as in this one sent by my friend to her: “Are you fully booked or you just didn't have the time to reply?”; Roksi’s reply: “Yes text me @ 647 825 6300 for any additional information”. What does that mean? Nothing, just an implicit attitude of a very busy princess talking to a Nobody.
Roksi used to be very friendly and respect her clients but this doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. I hope she will get organized or better yet she gets an agency working for her so that she can concentrate on pleasing her clients and not get them frustrated.
