So...I missed this girl when she was Elle at EH, then Ella at Paradise / AT and she is now Serena at Vibe. Vibe is a nice place, on par facilities wise with CMJ and Paradise / AT, higher end than most ALO, went for an hour since only $20 more than half hour (should have gone for 30...more later). She qualifies as an "8 or higher", facially I would go as far as a 9, she is DDG and has a perfect spinner body, platinum blonde hair...my type. Massage was good, lots of senuality and a bit of teasing, roaming was restricted to north of the 49th parallel, no kissing, not GFE. Overall a decent experience...other than her cutting my time short by 15 minutes...no clock in the room, so only after I left that I realized it was 45 minutes after I walked in... . Definitely a hot girl...but low mileage.

Vibe has fixed pricing of $160/hour, which is cheaper than CMJ by $20

I suppose in part fixed pricing is helpful in terms of knowing exactly what you're going to pay, verses having to negotiate or simply one girl charging more and another less. Downside is that the girls have less incentive to give good service as they'll get the same cut from that fixed fee anyway. Yes they might loose repeat customers, but it's like a restaurant that includes a fixed tip, so the server gets the same tip regardless of giving good service or poor service. Somewhat like people who work on commission, they have to hustle or they don't make any money, verses the salaried employee can slack off and still get their regular check.

Maybe Selena thinks she can get by solely on her looks, and therefore doesn't have to put much effort into the service part. She thinks guys will pay just to have a hot looking girl to look at and nothing else, plus I wonder if she short changes on time with others too, as
25% reduction on top of less than stellar service is a double whammy. No excuse not to have clocks in the rooms.

I saw her as Ella at Paradise/AT, she was cute, but somewhat restrictive. Mmad also used to know her when she was at that haircutting/massage place on Baseline, I think she was known as Bella back then.

So I guess I will not be in a rush to head back to Vibe...Gina thankfully "noted my comment"...wtf...how about compensating me for the 25% of the time that I got screwed out of? Then telling me that Serena normally goes over...am I supposed to infer from that I am so grotesque that she not only did not go over but she cut me short by 15 minutes...jeez. I was possibly prepared to give Vibe another shot, but if the management (assuming Gina is the management) is the front office I can't see myself going back.

And apparently I missed the wall clock over the stereo...but really...even if I had seen it and saw she was going for the finish at 35 minutes...what then...say "not so fast"...? I think the spa management should take responsibility for the girls respecting the time if the MA's cannot do it themselves.

So much for the adage, the customer is always right! The money you were short changed should come from Selena, not the spa, as she's the guilty party here. It won't happen of course, but if it did then it would be a deterrent not to do it again. Repeat business is key to any business, and they've lost you as a future client. Maybe you didn't see the clock, but Selena definitely knew where it was, and would certainly have looked at it. If she was going to go over the allotted time, I'll bet she would have seen the time then!!

When I had a similar string of duds at Paradise / Angel's, Angie was quick to give me a comped door fee on my next visit...From my very cursory perspective she has a better customer service sense than Gina. I never took her up on it since it is such a pain for me to get out to those locations, but she offered immediately.

Maybe you should contact Gina on Terb and see what she's thinking of doing for you?

If Gina has any business sense, she should wave the door fee for your next massage. However, as Paul said, Serena should be giving you a refund. I feel that the employer Gina in this case is responsible for Serena's short comings Gina should have also noticed that you were leaving early.

The management isn't always on the premises to monitor all of these things going on.

As for whether Gina is management. I've heard mixed things. Gina herself seemed to imply that she's management, while Angie at ATP laughed at the suggestion that she was one of the management here. Of course Angie has a bit of a hate-hate thing going with most other owners.

I know Gina was involved in setting Vibe up initially and she led me to believe she was part-owner or in some type of management position. If she's responding to complaints, that kinda confirms that she's not just another pretty body at Vibe :no:
