With communication anonymity being so easy to do these days, unfortunately people often say things they'd never think of saying to someone, much less actually saying it to their face, or using their real identity....it's easy to be brave when they're incognito. Some do it regularity, and others like this guy only occasionally. Once you click that Send button it's gone.

Okay...yikes...Gina now accusing me (sort of) of 2 things that would have caused Serena enough reason to short the time...but she did not do it intentionally...wtf...Gina seems nuts on this thread. I did ask her privately to fill me on what I have been accused of doing that concerned Serena. I cannot see myself ever setting foot in Vibe again...hotties or not...
When Gina wrote the part that said, ...a very concerning matter to her in the room at the time..., I thought what's with this innuendo type of remark, and then to praise Selena for giving above average to service to you, inspite of whatever that concerning matter meant. The issue was being short changed in time, and as I had mentioned before, Gina and Selena seem to think it's your fault for not seeing the clock, but why don't they look at it...of course we know they do, as they definitely don't want to give you extra unpaid time.
After I wrote this, I looked at TERB and just saw that he had written the same concern to Gina already. If I were him, I'd sure want to know what this so called matter is about, which is very derogatory. Maybe Selena is just trying to cover her ass, by making up a story to counter the criticism she got.
Hope TERB isn't becoming a CERB where you can't say anything deemed negative about the girls, like a girl is fat, even when it's true and she knows it, or criticize a girl for short changing you on time, when it's also true.

That's the way it is, it's a very womanly thing to do, when you know you've been beat, then change the subject and redirect the blame. It's exactly like what I'd expect my wife or before that my mother would've done when they started losing an argument. Now, there's some unspecified "concerning matters".

George Carlin's clip is so true. Same as a girl doesn't want to admit or market herself as a big fat woman, so instead says she's a BBW, big beautiful women. So I guess a guy who's fat and has a big beer gut can also say he's a BBW, big beautiful waist! Girls no longer say they have a big fat ass, and instead say they have a big bootie. We can no longer say what things really are in plain language without people getting offended, just like George said.

Oh, I gotta disagree here, I think a bootie is a big ass that looks great, whereas a fat ass is one that doesn't. That's just lying through marketing, I won't hold that against them, afterall we are ourselves responsible for seeing through marketing lies, "buyer beware". I mean Toyota and Mercedes will both market themselves as building reliable cars, but only one of them is telling the truth (i.e. it ain't the Mercedes). In a way marketing lies are an honourable lie, I mean afterall what else would you expect them to say?Hector17 said:

She is certainly not doing any favours for her business with her post. I have re-read it a few times trying to understand what could have happened...nothing worse than being accused of something you have no idea what it is. Her sentences are so completely disjointed she comes across as a complete airhead also...Anyway...I am now wondering if one of the 2 "concerning matters" is my mild case of psoriasis...I have openly discussed this before. When we got started I always explain with a new MA what it is and ask if she is uncomfortable. Serena had never seen it before (odd for someone working at a spa...but whatever) but she said she was ok. If that is the "unintentional" reason for shorting me, that makes her a major opportunist...

Ryan, I think you're right that's the reason for shorting you. She decided to go ahead with your appointed, inspite of her feeling of concern from the beginning, simply because she wasn't about to pass up making some money. The sooner she could finish, the better it was for her, and she hoped you wouldn't notice or care, and certainly didn't expect it to be brought up publicly.
She's likely exaggerated it to Gina, to avoid herself from being blamed by Gina. Serena had options, either politely refuse your appointment due to that condition, or if she didn't want to go the full hour, then offer you the 45 minute door and massage rate. Instead she willfully decided to get paid for the hour, knowing full well it was going to be less which was fraudulent. Gina missed the opportunity to give you the benefit of the doubt, and look at the longer term of treating a customer right, by at least refunding your door fee, so you'd come back again. When you're in business you don't always get a second chance to make a wrong right again.

So...Herelooking_p3 could not resist jumping back at Vibe's defense even after Gina's rant, he really is a bit of a kiss ass. I was looking at his posting history (not hard with 29 posts and almost 10 in the Serena thread), and his contributions have been utterly useless since he joined. He has not once provided any kind of review for anyone, in other threads he is defending ALO, sucking up to Veronica and in a couple of Vibe threads he is sucking up to Gina...it is positively nauseating...Is there a way was can vote him off the island? Can someone chime in on the thread that this is not the rosy board?
