I pondered this question and was looking for your thoughts.

Too me, as an avid Hobbyist, I would consider my Significant Other a Not-So Significant Other.
Now really, it makes me an AH I know, but if she was Significant I would not have this hobby.:spiteful:

Hey Whipped,

Now, I'm divorced for a long time so maybe I'm not the best to give advice, but I always think why do these guys stay in bad situations just as I would ask a female why stay in an abusive or bad situation?

Is it? Finances, Division of assets, Children, Health, Fear of the unknown or any other reasons. If one's SO is ill and can't or doesn't want to engage in sexual activity, well you do what you have to do.

I can only speak for myself but if I were in a bad or unhappy relationship, I would leave regardless of the cost. Sure it's going to be hard and there will be hurt, but it's for the right reason. Sometimes people just grow apart and fall out of love. JMO.

My non hobby friends and several hobby friends have asked me why I don't settle down with someone and there are numerous opportunities. My answer is I'm not the marrying kind. Really I live a humble and modest life and that affords me opportunity to hobby as I wish, and I'm happy at this point. My best friend always asks me, "Who will take care of you when you're old?" and I say, some nice nurse in a retirement home that will allow me to grab her butt. He also asks, "Don't you want a legacy to continue your name?" I reply, "The buck stops here or my surname is so common there will be one around!" Truly, there will be a legacy of what I've accomplished in life, athletics, education, employment and community involvement.

There's no easy answer to your question.

Good luck.

Is she a good cook?
If not, kick her insignificant ass to the curb. :good:

I think you should tell her about here and we
could help her understand Hobbying....

Bazerko and Ida can give her some advice.

Funny thoughts :biggrin2:

SO become very routine sexually and the nagging doesn't help. I lost interest in my spouse after 6 years. We split up and I tell you it left me broke and almost on the street. I now finally have rebuilt some of my assets but it wasn't fun.
