Star Wars is bad, maybe the worst movie of the year.

It was worse than Episode I! What a fucking waste of time and money. This is going down as not only the worst Star Wars movie, but worst movie of all time. The fact that a robot that looks like a basketball with a head is main character and Jedi master? And Luke Skywalker being a main character along side Lando Calrissian.

Lando Fucking Calrissian from Cloud City!?!? Chewbacca and Han Solo are in it for all of 10 minutes, and that's being generous. By the end I was begging for Jar Jar Binks.

Disney you suck. Sorry for the spoilers, I'm pissed.

I couldn't believe they brought Vader back as well. Killing Luke off in the opening fight scene was crazy especially because i thought Boba Fett was dead.

Nice to see Yoda again though.


Can someone explain to me how a robot the shape of a ball, with no arms or legs, can not only fly a starfighter, but use a lightsaber to kill a Sith Lord? Seriously!?!?

Oh, and Star Wars didn't suck. So there.
 
Cannot be that bad as they are expecting to break Jurassic 's opening weekend sales of $200 million.
 
I am not into Star Wars, will not see it, and don't care if it's bad or good.

I agree with Ms. Edwards but the internet is too big to hide reviews of any sort. It was a good movie but disappointed because maybe my hype was too high or irrational.

If I may put on my two cents: It felt more like a reboot than a continuation of a story I was looking forward to. A lot of weakness on desert kid with latent power who doesn't know what is going on.

Death star has a fatal weakness and won't spoil it.

Phasma should have been given a bigger role.

Why was Skywalker on a mountain, just a metaphor.
 
follow more star trek than starwars, but was invited to the movie tonight... will have to come back with my cinema review hehe
of course, i always enjoy the vip theatre experience anyways. so may be a bit biased :p

I enjoyed the movie, and the VIP, thank you Val :)

I thought the movie was good, well done, entertaining, dramatic at times. Overdone, just like it's supposed to be. Comical where it's supposed to be. And for the true fans who understand the saga, a few surprises, I won't give away.

Definately a worth see.
