Not sure Jasper if this will answer your question.... but the juice of 1 medium lemon is equivalent to 2-3 tablespoons of lemon concentrate
a couple other "facts" about lemons-they are alkalizing when drunk or eaten, cancer thrives in an acidic body and the peels also containing Salvestrol q40 and limonene, make them a great cancer fighter.
the peels contain 5-10x's the vitamins of the juice
you can grate them into drinks, salads etc by first freezing them, then grating them, or by grating them raw.
