TDL... WTF?!

Hey folks,

Just wanted to share this with you... you know... 'cause this is what this private forum is for... to share the good... and the unfortunate BAD too sometimes... and kinda give you the head's up in case you are planning to see any TDL girls soon.

Call it bad luck... if you may... But the last 2 times I've booked with TDL... have left me quite unhappy.

A couple of months back, I booked some time with April... it was TERRIBLE. Liz was still on board and in charge. She apologized and offered to compensate things in my next booking. Since the agency so professionally managed things, I hold my (also) terrible review. Unfortunately, Liz stepped down and I wasn't able to do the booking in the terms agreed on with her.

So I just decided to stay away from TDL.

But this past Sunday I noticed that Madeline was going to be DT. I remember her from the HUBGFE Xmas party and she's a cutie so... why the hell not?! So I texted booker (Sam) and asked about availability. Even when she was starting at 4 pm, I was told that she could see me around 6:30 pm... why the hell not? So I planned things around that time and set up my date and planned some other activities for the day around that time.

I was asked to confirm one hour prior. I did. Nonetheless... 5 minutes before 6 pm... I got a text message saying "hi there she just cancelled" (WTF?!) and another one following that just read "i do apologize for the lte notice". Again... WTF?! What the fucking fuck?!

I'm sorry but that was not the way to handle things.

After I texted back with my comments about this unfortunate and unpleasant situation, the response I got was: "Yes very understandable. She just got her period and cannot continue with her day"

Bullshit! Sorry folks... but I call BULLSHIT! Why? Because I checked the schedule today and she's ON from Tuesday to Friday. (?!)

Say what you want fellas but, periods don't last 24 hours. (Even when she's petite, I remember). So... most likely, what I got was a big fat fucking lie... or, if this cutie actually got her period... then it's disgusting that she'll be working again just 48 hours after her period started. So... fellas, if you were planning to see this cutie... please don't. Unless you want to have (like any English dude would say) "A bloody time with her" (Yes... pun intended).

Seriously... Liz was making a BIG effort to keep this agency working on very HIGH standards. And unfortunately, imho, these standards have gone down the drain. I hope Don actually focus and correct the way things are going.

I'll be sending an email to TDL, requesting to address this with Don directly, actually. But, in any case... I don't think I'll be doing any fucking booking with them again.

It's a shame....Don is a good guy who's losing his way without Liz's touch. It's a shame because they had become the go to agency. I think Don should be notified personally so maybe he can turn this ship around.

Strum, thanks for sharing your very frustrating experience. I really have noticed how important Liz was to the success of TDL.

IMHO, now that Liz has left, TDL seems to have gone way downhill!!

Sorry to hear about your bad luck. Respect you for trying to sort it out the right way by going to the owners first and seeing if you can get satisfactory answers rather than just blasting away in the forums. Give them a chance to make it right and if they don't, then they reap what they sow.

I'm still interested in using this agency even though Anastasia left because I got a good vibe from Liz when I met her. But if what you say is true, then your's is a lesson we should all heed and take our business elsewhere

It's sad, all the crap I'm hearing about what some of my favs are going through at the agencies, makes me want to put the money directly into the hands of the indys rather than support some of the abuse going on.

Mammo, don't buy into the abuse angle...The agencies are still where good deal are had as opposed to over priced. Any place where you find a large gathering of women are full of drama and conspiracy theories. I've always been an agency guys and I know guys like Andy, Peter, Don and others really do try and do best for the ladies but trust me it's not easy dealing with 10, 15 or more women.

best to notify Don. They should compensate you or something ...I don't know. That happened to me with mirage back in the day with Daphne. I actually was at the condo on Yonge st, Got the buzzer number , buzzed up no response. Ravi upon request tells me to buzz again after some delay and I was let in. Then when I met daphne and got into the room she tells me she got her period!!!!
grrr... All the way from Hamilton I drove ...
We talked she offered a BBBJ but no way was I going to pay for only that.
i understood didn't make an issue and left.
i should have called mirage again and bugged them for the inconvenience but didnt..

we should be reviewing this sort of thing.
This review thing is not as pure and uncontrolled as it should
on Twitter I did a poll and it surprised me a little that most people think providers should read reviews !!
that creates an enormous bias..it's like the reviewer is reviewing to appease the girl not being honest for us.

..anyways strumm, please let us know how it goes because I want to know if I should consider TDL in the future for my womanizing.

It's amazing what can make a difference sometimes.

Especially in any Service Industry.

Btw, I don't like using the Customer Service term very much... or even referring to this as an "Industry"... but up to certain extent, both terms fit in.

I agree, it's a shame that TDL seem to be loosing the good way without Liz. (Has anybody heard anything about her, btw? I hope she's doing well. She's a great person)

Anyway, I did sent an email to Don and he replied promptly. He asked me to discuss this situation over the phone so, let's see how that goes. I'll keep you guys posted.

Mammo, about the "crap" you're hearing about from your faves that's "going through at the agencies" in regards abuse and all that shit: as Raiden pointed out, I'd take it with the grain of salt.

Usually there's 3 sides to every story brother: The girls', the agencies and the truth. LOL

I am not saying that abuse is non-existent. Not at all. I do not exclude the possibility. But, I agree, any place where you find a large gathering of women... there's gonna be drama.
Even when some abusive situations might happen, also a lot of BS is going to come out from the girls' to get (your) attention... and sometimes your 'pitty' (aka Money). Just saying.

CT: Should providers read reviews? I think they should... but only ours! The good ones! LOL

I'm kinda half kidding here... because its' true, it's kinda known that reviews here on HUBGFE and the guys here are "better", "nicer" than the ones on the red forum. Girls get so annoyed and disappointed because of the shit that is written on that red board that they cannot care less about reading their reviews anymore. But on the other hand, a good and objective review can help a girl keep up the good service but also realized that it could get her business.

Sorry to hear this Strummer, it really sucks when agencies don't care about customers. Your situation sounds more like you were bumped by a customer who extended his booking.

I got cancelled once by TDL a month ago 20 minutes before the appointment. Just a little bit after Liz retired. Last year Select made me wait 3 times for more than 1/2 hr, just to find out later through Romina and another girl that they scheduled a 1//2 her appointment in between existing ones.

At the end, we're not talking of 'agencies' only here... but girls too.

So... I spoke with Don.

He agreed that it's been tough to keep things afloat and running after Liz's departure... but he finally found someone 'good enough' to help him with the management of things. Which I think it's gonna be good for ALL, at the end.

Yes, the 'period' excuse wasn't the best way to manage and handle things... and it wasn't actually what happened (she wasn't feeling well, tho... as per I was told); but the honesty of stating that it wasn't what actually happened is what counts.

Don is really doing his best to keep the good name of TDL there at the top. I wish him success. And I think that as much as we can, we should keep supporting him and TDL.

He did mention (and I want to share this with you) that he always wants to be in good standing with HUBGFE on all of the 'good HUBGFE guys' that he has met at the parties. He said that he really wants to see 'guys like us' as clients.

I've been offered some sort of 'compensation' due to what I went through... in sign of good faith and professionalism... not gonna go into details (hey! it's not as good as you think tho! LOL... but hey... better than nothing). That says a lot.

I think I'll visit a TDL girl... and take it from there.
