No, however there is the possibility of the cruise line being held liable if it was shown that "buddy the 35 year old rapist" was visibly intoxicated and they continued to serve him. Remember that in this day and age a BAR is liable if a patron as one or two too many and they get into an accident.

Actually I believe a bar in Fort Erie was held liable for an Underage American who had a DUI. I can't remember all the details exactly however the bar was found negligent for 1) Serving an underage drinker 2) for continuing to serve someone who is clearly intoxicated 3) not being able to recognize that the identification that he presented was fraudulent.
