For the most part, a vibrant community of boards is a good thing. I relied on PERB and had fun there, but found MERB and TERB to be over-moderated to the point it was not a worthy visit. However, if we were the only game in town, it would be boring.

It might have gone a little bit too far when I got called names, apparently for giving a good review to my ATF on multiple boards. I didn't know that was wrong when you are a member of all boards, and wrote plenty of reviews before and after meeting the SP in question.

The tone and the words that were used to describe you were harsh, especially as you seem like a good guy. But you do need to examine the sentiment behind the words. You have not given "a" good review of your ATF on the three boards. You constantly interact with her and refer to the good times experienced and to come. Your choice of course, but those are undeniable facts. It gives the impression of promoting, has a counter productive result, and gives what I think is the wrong impression of what appears to be a sincere guy.

You forget not all of us celebrate Christmas and some of us enjoy a good serious debate. Locking up threads with serious topics as Bob's eluded too waters down the board in my opinion.

I do not however think that Sps should be mods as it has obvious draw backs in terms of curtailing free discussion of opinions.

While I can respect your opinion on this one Sarah, your perspective underlines the differences between what a woman sees vs. what a man who hobbies sees when observing conduct/patterns of behavior on escort review boards. I can also agree, that for the most part bolt.upright's posts are upbeat and friendly. The other stuff has simply gone waaaay off the rails at this point. Don't think so? Funny that in my original post I never mentioned his name at all, but everyone seems to know exactly who/what I was referring to, including him. Pretty good indicator if you ask me.

That said, and in the interest of respecting the mods wishes for Goodwill to All Men during the holidays, I had actually deleted my post just before the mods locked the thread. It remains there at present as quoted by someone else, but perhaps it too will hopefully disappear in the hope of 'moving on'.

It really depends on the woman. I have always gotten along much better with men than women. I find women very catty and easily threatened.

I once started a flame war thread here to spice things up and the only one joining the fun was Robin,, who I would also entertain but only if he came to see me in full costume!
